"I have a life long illness and have come across many pharmacist and techs who don’t really care about the patients and are clearly in it for the money.. However, this pharmacy as a whole surpasses any other experience I’ve ever had.. They refuse to fill my meds without me coming in or calling them because they always want to know what’s wrong with me that I need it.. Which I believe is against the law for them to ask me.. At one point I had gotten too sick to pick up my meds myself so I sent my sisters whom they made jump through hoops for 3hrs before actually giving them my meds.. They NEVER have the medicines I need despite me consistently getting them there for months since my old pharmacy switched owners and no longer takes my insurance.. They undermine my doctors as today my doctors changed one of my meds and when I called to see if the received it because I hadn’t gotten a text saying it was ready.. The pharmacist said yes but your doctor changed your meds and you should still have the last one we gave you.. I told him no I got this prescription on this day so it was actually due for me to pick up yesterday but due to the holiday I knew it would be today.. He puts me on hold only to come back and say you are correct the problem is since it is now past 5pm you will have to wait 2-3 not including today.. So I will now have to go without my meds because they consistently try to find reasons not to fill and give me my meds.. Once they fill my meds this will be my last time doing business with this pharmacy as their God complex is beginning to effect my health.. If you can I would advise anyone to take their prescriptions elsewhere.."
