"I had been with the credit union for six years when I had been injured and could not work for a few years. I had been busy recuperating and was unable to make payments to my credit card. When I was finally able to return to work I went into the branch and explained that I wanted to pay my loan back even though it had gone to collections. I paid them back the entire loan.
