"I’ve heard great things about Patelco but I have tried to open an account for 2 months. The lady her name is Karen Lewis was very nice, but for some odd reason she wont contact me when she says , gave me some excuse as to why I couldn’t open the account and said she’d contact me when everything’s done. Never got a call and she didn’t respond to my email. I’m sure she’ll look like she’s seen a ghost if I go in and ask her what’s going on. Thank God I actually don’t need to do that though I’ve found a better credit union and I don’t have to worry about it anymore …I thought I’d tell about this experience.
