"Bank of America is absolutely the worst organization to deal with when trying to settle the affairs of an estate. This branch, like others, has been the opposite of helpful. They don't know their own processes, don't help the customer work through the process, and were unwilling to even call their own estate services people to consult. "Amazing experience at this location. My mom and I were trying to get money from a locked account, and Arman and Toan were so very helpful. They told us everything we needed to know, and helped us move forward with the process. They were both very kind. Definitely the best banking staff I’ve met in a while. Will definitely return if I need to do more financial stuff in the future. These two were absolutely amazing!! The bank itself was very nice and very clean as well. All in all it was a great experience."
