"I had a prescription at another unnamed pharmacy that refused to give it up! I think her name is Maria, but she helped me to get my prescription switched over and told me what to do to prevent fraudulent prescriptions from being filled! Her customer service was exceptional and she went above and beyond, and even explained a lot of things to me I did not know. She contacted her manager and even he or she went beyond to help make sure I got my medication correctly. My parents have used this pharmacy for years and I see why!"

"Hayat started out as a small pharmacy in the Milwaukee area and has now grown to a impressive 25 stores across Wisconsin over a time of about 7 years! Remarkable growth! Hayat has three stores close to our Southside Milwaukee home. During COVID and at some other periods my daughter and I would have have to call around pharmacies and see if they had some medication available because at many big chains they had supply side issues that can seriously throw off somebody who needs their medication everyday! Two weeks on backorder?! Don't know when it will come in! Sorry, call around was the answer usually at the chains. Hayat is a chain but only specializes in medication and healthcare needs....which is fine with me. I found them more understanding in the predicament many found themselves in! They came up with the medicines that others could not and went out of their way to do so. I no longer had to stress that my daughter couldn't get her meds because of "supply issues." I am grateful I don't have to call 5 different pharmacies to locate a medication.... spending a good 2 to 3 hours a month just locating your medication at a location, not that close and expensive got old very quick. Never once at Hayat was I put off, told to call back, sorry, this that. Most pharmacies are busy in our area, near three hospitals and I don't blame the big chain pharmacist, although I knew they were as unhappy with not being able to fill a necessary prescription for a customer. But that customer has their own worries and problems as well. Hayat, on occasion did not have a medication in stock, but they could at least get it. I saw the effort Maria at the 25th and Layton store put in, as well as the pharmacist at the 8th and Layton location....it made me a loyal customer!"

"The people who work here are extremely kind and helpful. I visited this location for a one hour PCR test for travel and unfortunately I tested positive on the first test. Because of that, I had to return two more times to try for a negative. Although it is advertised as an hour wait, my results were always back within 30 minutes and they will also print them for you. In the three visits I made to this pharmacy, I observed the staff being very kind and helpful to every single person who came in and to those who called on the phone. Their patience and customer service really impressed me during these stressful times for everyone."
