"The owner is so rude. He literally threw my packages around because he “doesn’t get anything” out of people just dropping packages off. Then he yelled at me. He’s also way overcharged me in the past. Not worth it"

"This man is really crazy and dangerous to public. Do not go there. I went to pick up my mail and he started accusing me for not scheduling pick up in advance. When I showed him the proof of scheduling on my phone he raised his voice and started yelling. When I told there is no reason for him to yell, he became more aggressive and assaulted me with his hand and started moving towards me. Police report has been filed against him. Do not put yourself at risk as he is very unpredictable and aggressive."

"I went in to drop off a FedEx package. My first time coming in here. Thought I'll save some time going to this place close to my home. What a terrible experience! The man behind the counter is rude and acts irritated to answer any questions you may have. He snapped at me just because I asked him when I should expect my package to be delivered. He obviously doesn't care for business and is not getting mine anymore. Seems like a pattern of terrible culture in this store. Wish I had read reviews here first."
