"Very reliable high end transportation. I have used them many times over the years when I needed to know there wouldn't be any hiccups in my transportation (early/late hour Airport and cruise port rides, group Napa Valley winery tour, etc). Their vehicles are well maintained and their drivers are professionals as are the reservation team. Definitely upscale pricing but you also get upscale service and reliability."
"I asked for their price schedule for my wedding next year. The woman who responded to my email, Jeannette Hull, sent a reply email saying she didn't have availability for this year. I asked her to re-read my message and revise her reply. She replied with the same message. How unprofessional! I will not be using their services. They obviously need to hire more workers who are literate. To future brides, I recommend not using this company."
"We recently used Black Tie Transportation for our three-day staff retreat in San Francisco which entailed moving 156 people to and from the airport and to different activities around the city. They were amazing. The drivers were professional, extremely nice and accommodating, informative, and always on time. The service representatives and their dispatch were wonderful to work with down to the very last detail. And last but not least, the buses were extremely clean and modern. We plan to use Black Tie again should the need arise, and I highly recommend them!"
