"They have patient and helpful bank tellers. They take their time to explain things and suggest better ways especially with the older population that they cater to. They are friendly and they show that they care. They do their best to give the utmost customer service. It’s not crowded and plenty of parking spaces. It’s also conveniently connected to USPS and the shopping center has CVS, Starbucks, Safeway, John Muir, hair & nail salons, gas station, other banks, and plenty of restaurants. Rushan KP is the man. Please give this guy a raise or promotion. He goes above and beyond for his customers’ satisfaction."

"This is very special branch, by far my favorite Wells Fargo location, there is always so much parking and it’s very easy to get to. Staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have. Wells Fargo very good when it comes to customer service. Every time I visit this branch, I receive call to ask how was my visit, small things like that makes you feel very appreciated."
