"On 8/29/23, I had an Rx phoned in from a doctor and arrived to pick it up an hour after it had been sent (around 11:50a). The person who I spoke with said she couldn't find me anywhere in the system and that no Rx had been sent in for me. She repeatedly asked me to confirm my info and asked for any old #'s I had because she wanted (she was only able to find a blank record under an old #). I've used PNS pharmacies for years. I called the Dr.s' office and they confirmed the exact time they sent the Rx in (an hour before my arrival). When I shared this info with the pharmacy employee she snapped back, "Tell them to resend it or it won't get done!" Never, never again. I don't care what kind of day someone is having; there's never a reason to treat people the way this lady does."
