"Attempted to purchase some vitamins however one bottle rung up at different price then advertised on shelf. The pharmacy viewed the item on shelf and determined the wrong price tag was attached and called manager to price correction and moved the wrong items to correct pricing. Pharmacist explain to manager and manager told me a customer had to move item. Again Pharmacist explained 2 different vitamins were marked with wrong pricing. Manager Gary stated not his issue and refuse to honor advertised pricing. I had to wait over 15 minutes and 3 different manager assistant pages before he assisted us. I watched him walk by several times and didn't acknowledge the page. He finally came to pharmacy to state I'm not done with cash drawer. Pharmacist explained that's not why I called. I called customer assistance. It was the worst experience from a manager I ever received. I will probably switch all my prescription."

How do you let someone come in and when told your online sign in for covi19 testing is down yet you are so clueless you send the patient off to another store just to get the same issues. You tell them to go through the drive through just to ask the same question with the same answers. It's like a broken robot that has no use! Get yourself fixed to better your work environment"
