"I arrived at DOT on Friday December 15th shortly before 9pm. As I walked in I felt this very uncomfortable presence approach me from the right as if I was about to be tackled. It was a heavy set possibly Hispanic male with a beard apparently acting in the role of security. Without any type of proper greeting he asked to see ID. I produced it and thought that would be my only time dealing with that rude behavior. At different times two of your very cordial servers approached me about drinks and they respected my decision to get a drink later in the evening. After the 2nd server approached me your security told me I had to buy a drink or I couldn't sing. By this time I already put in a song to sing but I felt so disrespected I ordered my Uber. I told the KJ what security said and HE encouraged me to sing my song before I left but my Uber was about to arrive. So if the KJ was willing to let me sing why was I told by security that I couldn't? I won't be returning to DOT."
"ok will edit my last review. Money was right its the screwed up new fangled computer billing system that they use I'm old give me paper anyway. I did have fun there and seen alot of old friends. I just want to say to the one lady that said they where racist against blacks well the owners are black and they even welcome us white folk lol"
"Great place to hang out to shoot some pool and have some drinks. The ladies behind the bar are very charming and friendly. There are no food service that I know of in this place."
"A great place to hang out bar tenders are friendly and will chat with you. Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. A good mixed crowd very welcoming."
"This is a very nice location once you get past the security at the door. The security is unprofessional and confrontational as you enter the bar. They have bad attitudes and are not very welcoming. Once you get past the fake toughness at the door, you're greeted by some of the nicest, beautiful, and friendly girls, at the bar, you'll find in San Diego. Lorna, Maja, and Jackie are beautiful and great servers among many others. They have positive and friendly attitudes. Friday karaoke is awesome. Drinks are reasonable, and patriants are friendly. Great place for a game of pool and friendly vibes. So, get past this Keystone, Barney Fife, police rejects, at the door, and it's all good from there. And don't forget to tip the girls, because they work hard for you."
