"Awful experience at party city. We tried to get confetti balloons and they were falsely advertised. It was a dirty clear balloon with confetti sitting at the bottom. It made no sense and was very expensive. They also blew up some of our other balloons wrong. The customer service was awful. They did not seem to care at all about what had happened and still charged us to change out the balloons. Would NOT return."
"They made a balloon arrangement for me in minutes and the balloons were well received by the gift recipients. Great customer service and fast."
"I went right before closing and was happy with my trip. Found clearance items for an event I needed, store was clean and was treated very nicely. I will say, the employee was smoking right within the entry/exit door when I walked up to checkout rather than just smoking outside, but other than that this location is great."
