The UPS Store 1702 Meridian Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125

"The woman with long black hair as others have described is not customer centric. She doesn't know how to do her job and then blames others (customers and coworkers) for her incompetence. I just had an interaction with her like others in the reviews and am just speechless. Not sure if I'll be back to this location again which is a shame given it's my local UPS store."

"This location was really good about customer service but lately they are off their game. I had to switch going to another location. This UPS Store location started asking customers to buy a full tape roll for taping boxes. This location even asked me to buy a big shipping box when there is no requirement from Amazon and nor from the seller of the item to ship back in the shipping box. Amazon and seller required to ship the original package as is without the shipping box which even the UPS driver confirmed thats how they pick it up and BTW the UPS driver did take the package from me BUT this store does not. In any case, I would not recommend this location for shipping nor do i go here for shipping anymore."

"The owner lady.. worst lady.. she was so rude when I forgot to tape my package that I was returning via a pre paid label. She said she s giving me a free pass this time for not charging for a piece of tape and then proceeded to charge me 3$ for printing a return label. She could learn some basic communication and customer service skills. I have no problem paying but maybe learn to be civil and not derogatory towards your customers."

"Jazmin helped me today and I'm so thankful for her! All my packages were a mess and she helped me sort through everything. This location has always been awesome but I will make it my "go to" now because of Jazmin's help today."
