"As a new business owner in the restaurant industry, Jet not only helped me find the lowest rate on my workers comp insurance, he has consistently gone out of his way to refer me new business. These were referrals I never asked for which is proof that he authentically cares about his customers success. He is always there also, no matter what I need, I regularly get customers where I need them to be added to my policy as certificate holders... he has never taken more than 24 hours to get me fully executed documents. My profits on his referrals have more than covered all my insurance fees... if that is not the ultimate beyond the call of duty customer service, I don't know what is!!! Thank you Jet, I owe you a lot more than this review."

"Jeffrey Chaanine has been my insurance agent for my small business for many years now. He is literally the best! He always answers my calls even when the question is frivolous, he is always caring and friendly. No one has been able to beat his pricing and bigger companies have tried. He is very diligent in making sure I get the best coverage and the best price. He now does my commercial car insurance, worker's comp and general liability. Now if anyone calls telling me that they want to try to lower my insurance costs I just say no thanks, I love my insurance agent."
