"Extremely rude employees. One lady in particular was extremely rude, talking over me and getting louder. I called 2x after asking to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available and the associate hung up the phone. 3rd time the employee said she will get her supervisor and the supervisor hung up the phone on me. These people will harass you all day by calling your number and will be quick to hang up when you bring up a concern. I did get the same people a couple times I had called back to speak to a supervisor. With the extreme lack of professionalism and amount of harassment these people do, I’m very surprised they are still in business. The unfortunate part is these associates run the place because there is no supervisor to bring a concern to so no one is being held accountable for anything."

"I do no know where to begin. This job was a blessing. I worked in HR and my performance was great at all times. I always did was told to me and completed all my tasks based on priority level. I talked to my manager 3 days before Thanksgiving and was told I am ding great and they would do a performance review in a month and possibly hire me full-time, as I was a contractor. I was spontaneously laid off without a notice. I was laid off the same day. Logged me out of my computers and threw to the curb like I didn't matter. I would not recommend this job to ANYONE. They do not care about you! Christmas is this month and my only child's 1st birthday is coming up this company has no morals and do not care about you! They can drop you when they feel like it!"

"Constant harassment and calls nonstop, once you give them your personal information. I do not know how to protect myself anymore."

"Worse company ever, very unethical. I got hired, on second day of training, I experienced family emergency, could not continue training, so I resigned. I asked them to stop licensing process, and appointments with carriers, all communications are via email, can't talk to anyone, they continued licensing me, now they want me to pay $1500 for licensing and can't get released for 6 months, meaning can't get a job in the health care industry and can't support my family, because of family emergency i can't control. They harass people none stop by calling them none stop. Stay away, don't work or sign up for health insurance plans with this company, all they care about is their profit, not the benefit of clients. People that are putting good reviews for this company are people that are in management positions."
