"I honestly would love to leave no stars. I WAS DISCRIMINATED AND EMBARRASSED. I’m a young adult trying to figure things out. I was being questioned and left crying after trying to deposit my money order twice! The next day I went to a different bank and they helped me right away no interrogations. The two older white women should not be discriminating people. Help young adults!"

"Parking limited. Customer service hit and miss. Ask me personal questions about my money. Eg. why do you need to take so much money out? FYI- none of your business. Just do your job. I pay my taxes and earn a honest living. You don’t need to know what I do."

What I really like is that the staff is allowed to be themselves and not always use some kind of required scripted greeting. They are fun yet professional and always on point. "This bank has no idea about honesty or how to treat their customers right. The people in the bank are condescending and negative. They set up my account not to overdraft and continued to take fee's. They put 15 day holds on local checks because you deposited in the ATM. I have never dealt with a dishonest bank like this before-Beware!!!"
