"We had a mailbox at Postal Annex for over 6 years. We only stopped using their services because we moved out of the area. Overall we were very happy with their services. We haven't been a customer for almost 2 years but Ramesh called me over the weekend because one of our clients mistakenly sent a letter to our old PO Box. He held the letter for me so that I could pick it up. Most services would have sent the letter back, return to sender. Ramesh went out of his way to help and I greatly appreciated it."

"The guy at the counter was extremely pushy and overcharged my wife by DOUBLE what the actual cost of postage was, then, sat on the package for two days before actually shipping out the PRIORITY parcel. Stay away from this place and do not trust the absolute nonsense scamming employee behind the counter that outright overcharges you AND delays your packages. If you like getting ripped off and you don’t care when or if your parcel even arrives at its destination then this is the place for you, otherwise you’re better off going ANYWHERE else... seriously."
