"Was told I'd get a call back from the insurance broker by the receptionist (has filipino accent) but never did. First time I called the receptionist told me I'd get a call back but didnt specify when. 2nd time I called she told me that the broker was on a plane and would call me when she landed. Not sure what kind of business this is but maybe try calling clients back?"
