"Called on a Friday to request appointment for Monday, provided address and my phone number in the event of an issue. Waited Monday for Bryan to show up but never showed up or called, even though I called to see if he was having issues finding location or possibly stuck in traffic. I would not recommend him due to lack of professionalism and been unresponsive even after setting up the appointment."
