"AVOID at all costs. Find a better carrier if you can.. any and every other option would be better. Their customer service is atrocious. If you have any issue at all and need their help, you're not going to get it. Rather, they'll send you on a loop because NONE of their administrators want to do the work. It's mind-blowing. Even the simple things.. They might have the worst customer service I've ever had in my life -- certainly top 3. I've had headaches with them over and over again. And most recently, they've put me at serious risk by making an enormous mistake that I specifically asked them to avoid because I was so worried about the consequences.. and they, somehow, did it anyways. Afterwards, they acknowledged that they made the mistake and then actually LIED about the solution, which made things way worse. I'm worried about my health now because of this carrier.. think about that.. And they don't care. They don't help -- they make things worse. If you care about your health to any capacity, AVOID this carrier at all costs. Save yourself.."

The doctor had cancelled a month of chemo because of this, and then my cancerous brain tumor started growing back. Then my medical debt increased drastically. "This is absolutely the worst insurance company to have when the going gets tough. Out of all I have worked with, they are the most often to ditch you and leave you with a large out of pocket cost because of some tiny clause in your contract. Be aware you'll need to coordinate a lot of your own health insurance. And fight like hell to just get them to pay your doctor's and facilities."
