"The woman there is very rude. I was mailing a flat envelope to Los Angeles and she tells me it's going to be a hundred and twenty something dollars! I had to have her repeat it cuz I couldn't believe it! Then I asked her what the cheapest way to go is and she said eighteen dollars. So I asked her when it would get there, expecting her to say next month or something. But she said Thursday, which was only three days away. So I asked her how soon it would get there if I payed the hundred and twenty something dollars, would it get there yesterday? And she said yes, because she actually wasn't even listening to me. Had I not asked her what the cheapest way to send my envelope was, then she would have tried to get over a hundred dollars from me. I'm thinking she is a con artist and sizes you up when you come in. I'm sure even next day of one small envelope doesn't cost over $100!. And these ppl also have everyone who is dropping off packages leave their packages outside! Outside to get stolen I'm sure! These ppl are con artists and thiefs and extremely rude! Do NOT go here!"

"I frequently go here to drop off returns. They always get the job done without any issues. Sometimes you wait in line, but that's to be expected with mail. Stand by the outside door to get enough service to download any return bar codes."

"I frequent the store for Amazon returns and never had any issues. Amazon returns can be tricky since some items require you to package your items and some don’t. One needs to review the return instructions carefully. When there’s no line I’m usually in and out within a few minutes which I greatly appreciate. I just make sure to have all the QR codes ready and pack the boxes and label the packages if that’s required. All the workers has always been helpful with my returns and I’m happy that there’s a local option for Amazon returns."

"This is my favorite UPS store. Do they open late sometimes? Yes. Is the manager kind of mean? Probably. But what it really comes down to is the hospitality that the store provides. As a shipping tycoon, I often find myself dropping off tens of packages per week. I’m always greeted with fast and friendly service. One of the employees saved my grandma when she choked on a packing slip. That was a big highlight."

"I feel a bit inaccurate giving this place a 1 star rating, but in the end I wanted to because it helps highlight the issue. Whether service here is good or terrible depends on the presence of the store manager. If she's not there, you tend you get help from the efficient, capable, and polite (but busy and focused) staff. Unfortunately if the manager is there then everything is crazy. The staff can't get their job done smoothly because she is ordering them around and interrupting them and telling them what to do or asking them questions. When they're busy helping you she takes over their terminals or moves them onto other things. Still this is ok in comparison to the experience if it's the manager who is "helping" you herself. What a rude and incompetant person. Definitely, as others have noted, should not be in the service business. My advice to her: leave your staff alone and go do something else you might enjoy and be better at."
