"My last mailbox was at a UPS store, and it could not have been more problematic, losing packages, delivering other people's packages to me, etc. (this is serious, for a business). No such issues with Paul and his colleagues, though they are fewer in number by far per customer, from what I can see. That speaks to character (it really does). I'm not surprised that when I pulled up this page, to leave a review, I see that the last negative was six years ago, and it's not clear that the person leaving it was even an existing client. "Dropped package off Tuesday, paid for shipping. It's Thursday and the USPS still hasn't received my package. Called 6+ times, didn't leave a message the first time but decided to call back. When I called back, sometimes they picked up and immediately hung up, other times they didn't let it go to voicemail. Update: Got a call back a bit after their closing, so up a star for that. Employee guaranteed the package went out but mentioned it may not have been scanned in by USPS. Said they would notify me of further information."
