"It was nice experience previously but not the recent one. I went there with Amazon return (printed label on a box) and the clerk told me she cannot provide me with a receipt - I can either give it to her without a receipt (!!!) or can go to UPS customer service in Sunnyvale (20 min drive). Moreover, she said they may also not give me a receipt. Her explanations why it’s like that I was not able to understand. She is a nice Indian person but it’s a challenge to understand half of what she was saying. I ended up contacting Amazon and they changed a return location to Whole Foods."
