"I had an appointment today with a neurologist. I had received the notice for the appointment via text, but they didn't include any information about parking. I drove there and was looking for a spot to park my car for about 20 minutes. during that time, I tried calling to ask where can I park. The first call, I got a message that staff is too busy and to call back later. I tried looking for parking again with no luck, so I called again and was put on hold for about 5 minutes, so I hung up. A lady called me back from the doctor's office. I told her what happened and that I was very frustrated at that point and that I didn't want to see the doctor anymore. She was trying to be nice, but she didn't offer to give me any information about parking or re-schedule me for another day. she simply said Ok. So I will never go back to this location ever again. And if anyone is looking for convenience and good service, that is not the place to go to."

"Surgery for my sister was fairly quick. But I've been waiting in the waiting room since 10:30 am, and it's currently 5pm. Still waiting. They assigned her a room over an hour ago, and she's still waiting to move into it. Not impressed. UPDATE: Finally at just after 6, my sister got into her room. Upon asking the receptionist at the desk just before this if she had an estimate of how long it may take, she noted that since the time my sister was out of surgery to now was only 4 hours. She said that's not bad compared to how long some others wait. Wait, what? 4 hours isn't that long? This is acceptable? Not to mention that I waited another 4 hours before that. If people had to wait 8 hours at the medical facility I work at and be told that's not too bad, there would be hell to pay. And now for the obligatory response telling me how much they care, and that they want to talk further about this incident. Bull."

"My father received treatment here. His doctors were great and went above and beyond. The one star rating is for whoever stole my father’s cross when he took it off for a chest scan. They had the nerve to say he never had a cross on. It broke his heart. It was a wedding gift from my mother. Who would steal a cross from a dying man? Beware if you have a loved one here because their stuff may disappear."

"The really need to update their old rooms. Further, their payment plans are ridiculous. I informed them I could enter one that would pay them off in less than 1 year. They refused and stated they needed full payment in 3 months, which, anyone who knows how much medical care costs, is probably something most can't afford in this economy. Instead of understanding and letting me pay off in 1 year, they sent it to collections after 3 months, even after paying over $100/month for each month. 2 stars because at least their nurses and cleaning staff are nice."

"This review is for the Emergency Room. We brought my dad in on Sunday night, Dec 3, 2023, and we pulled up to the ER entrance. My dad was incapacitated, so I ran in to ask for help. A team of people ran to the car to help Dad into the hospital. A big strong male nurse was one, and he scooped my dad out of the car, and carefully set him in the wheelchair. Once in the ER, the team consisted of 11 people trying to help him. Once they got my dad situated, the same male nurse came in to check on him. He was so caring, and answered my questions, he truly seems to care about his patients. I asked him his name, and he told me it’s Tory. Thank you Tory. And thank you to the rest of the ER staff. They all did a very good job, but I wanted to make sure I thanked Tory for your patience and kindness."
