"Hi - After several instances of other pharmacies struggling to meet my needs as a result of administrative situations or overall lack in systems. I visited this Hyatt and let me just say the experience was exceptional. I have many medications I need and take in order to live and I feel the staff at this location was extremely helpful and insightful about how the process of obtaining my medications and in a way that not only makes sense but made me feel very secure in my overall medication management. While having to answer questions over and over isn’t the most fulfilling experience, I feel like they don’t mind explaining and helping patients figure out solutions to their questions and go the extra mile to do so! "Mostly what I visit for is the Amazon hub and other small necessities, and this is where there is a big fail. The store is unable to retain a store clerk, and the pharmacy workers seem to think it beneath them to come out to serve the customers. There is one person that is absolutely lovely and accommodating, but if he is not there you are butt out lbvs. i have to to come back another day or after his lunch/bathroom break- unconvincing me just because they don't respect the customers outside the pharmacy enough to even serve them. i guess that's where the real money is made but its very low class to be so snooty and non-accomodating to customers of all levels that patronize your business. That ONE guy- may God bless him but the others? May he bless them with humanity and attitude adjustments ijs"
