"I was assigned this mail center as part of my Anytime Mailbox plan. Though the price was decent, I would NOT recommend this provider for two reasons: - They failed to scan & forward two individual checks, causing me a lot of stress and confusion. Calling them did not solve the issue. - The service was relatively slow and at times prone to error (for example randomly charged for "holding fees" while the mail was actually requested for recycling). The staff was alright (not rude or anything), but after two grave mistakes I decided to place my trust somewhere else. I ended up cancelling my plan after roughly a year."

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER!!!! I was running late from class and really needed to get my finger print done and the amazing, super knowledgeable employees waited for me 5 minutes prior to closing. They are super helpful and super quick. I also needed a form to print out and they helped me in obtaining the form. Might I add.. the price is UNBEATABLE and very affordable.
