"I’m disappointed in all the credit unions that claim that they’re part of the shared branching co-op net work and don’t offer any in person services. I drove a significant distance to use the service which was listed on the website. The ATM transaction would not except my deposit and Travis credit union says there’s nothing they can do to help me. It’s just poor communication and poor service for them not to be a full shared branching member don’t go here if you’re trying to use shared services."
"With no notification, local store closed , so I had to drive down there twice and still closed. Therefore, I had to make my loan payment online which charges $10 fee. Called Travis and also had a bad experience. Poor customer service."
