"First off I want to start by saying i’ve only ever had good customer service here! The employees are always kind and helpful so my 1 star is NOT because of customer service. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 months every other week as this is where I cash my checks from work and it’s right up the street from my house. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time you go they are always ridiculously busy with only 2-3 tellers working so make sure you have at least 20-40 minutes to spend here. You would think with this kind of constant volume they would have hired more tellers by now or moved some of the people that are constantly sitting at their desk (with no customers) up front. I’m not aware of how the bank scheduling and duties are handled but clearly something isn’t working here…."

"Very long wait time, felt discriminated also. Never feel welcomed. Teller asked for my ID and im a customer. The checks I cashed were only 25 dollars. Usually they ask for ID when the check amount is over a larger amount. The approach was really not ok for me. I've never gave my ID in this kind of situation"
