"I just wanted to make a quick note that KeyPoint Cupertino was the easiest company with which to deal after I have unauthorized charges on my debit card. I have visited the branch and the banker Dema has listened to me carefully because I was panicking and afraid to wait long to get a new debit card. She has informed me that she will be printing a new card with a new card numbers and expiration date. On top of that, she has provided the monthly history to check if they were any transactions I am not aware of as well. She has helped me submitting a dispute, and printed a new card for me.
