"DO NOT GO HERE FOR AMAZON RETURNS. They do not let you use their tape to tape up your boxes, the first UPS store to do this in the city. “Yeah, the owner doesn’t like that. They’re available for purchase for $4.39 + tax,” says the guy behind the counter. They do not have an Amazon kiosk. “Yeah, they make a mess of our store, with a lot of stuff that ends up in the garbage… blah blah blah…” said, you guessed it, the same guy behind the counter. The guy will not stop talking, even if you tell him, “Please stop talking to me.” They’re horrible. There are way better UPS stores moments away. Save yourself the grief and aggravation."

"The clerk kept leaving the counter to do other things, leaving me standing there. I think that was why she sent something I wanted to get to the addressee ASAP by Residential Ground. Their receipt is so confusing that I didn't figure it out until the next day."

Something has changed went today to deal with some confusing returns and was met with total rudeness and anger that I hadn’t prepped things properly. It’s unfortunate because they used to be really helpful with this exact type of thing and I loved getting help with all my shipping needs. Now I don’t want to go here at all. Will try other ups store locations or call Amazon and insist they let me return products through a different method or at least provide clear and consistent directions."
