"CIDNEY IS A GOD! So they seemed to be the only branch open on MLK day. So naturally I show up and theres like 6 or 7 people in front of me and somehow just cidney is working. "Well this could take an hour or more" was what I was thinking. But no this man was working his a$$ off, and somehow providing solid service and answering questions. I've waiting longer at shipping places with only 2 people in line in front of me. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!"
"Alan, at Store 6260, is STELLAR!!!! Went to several places to have a relatively simple computer process executed, as was given excuse after excuse for their not being able to do what I wanted. Enter Alan. I'm a fairly regular customer at this location, and whenever Alan has helped me, things worked out swimmingly. This last encounter was no exception. In 10 minutes, I was an extremely happy customer, and out the door. I was so excited to have finally acheived what I'd been trying to do for a few days that got home and realized I, hopefully, left my wallet at the Store. I RAN back...and it was there, in a plastic bag, waiting for me. Bless you a million-fold, Alan - an employee to be cherished."
"This store is hit and miss, usually miss. Once in a while they get a competent professional employee but they don't seem to last long. Usually greeted with a huge attitude and act like they are doing you a huge favor - even though we are paying customers. For the same service, I have been charged 3 different prices. Have asked for a manager and was told "they aren't answering their phone." Well, leave a message, or give me the number and I'll call! Should not be this hard. I once waited in line for over an hour to send a package that had to go out that day - they acted like, no big deal to make a whole line of people snaking around the whole store and out the door wait that long - no calls to their manager to get extra help, no communication, no offering to help people with quick things first while they struggled to figure out how to do a passport application for someone..... As we live nearby, we do continue to use this location, but if there was any other option within walking distance, we would not. Also, just to reply to the owner's message to someone else, the owner claiming they can't void return codes - Oh, yes they can! The return code is a UPS shipping code, and it absolutely can and has been voided by store employees before. Happened to me, too. Stop lying to us. "Response from the owner 4 years ago: Hi Oscar Amazon programs such as Returns can only be modified, changed, or corrected with Amazon's account page or their own customer service Reps. We don't have any controls over any steps." - FALSE!"
"I walked two heavy packages to this location for a return. The two boxes were oddly shaped, and heavy. The half mile walk left me exhausted. I printed the two return labels at home but apparently the bar code was cut off. The ups worker at the counter told me it costs 0.49 cents to print each shipping label AND 3.99 for a printing "setup" charge. I was also told that if I left the boxes there to go print the pages elsewhere, the boxes would not be the responsibility of the store. The manager told me "they" (presumably upper management of some sort) watch the cameras consistently and he'd get in trouble if I left the boxes temporarily or if he didn't charge me. Yeah, I highly dought anyone is eyeing the van mess ups cameras like a hawk to enforce customer enrwging policy. This is my attempt to hold UPS accountable. I encourage others to do the same. There should be consequences for greedy company policies like this. Shame on you UPS."
