Ascension Wisconsin Hospital - Waukesha

"Worst hospital I have ever been too. Stay far away. I went there to get treated in the ER. And waited 2.5 hours when there was 2 other patients that needed to be seen. I kept getting told I would be seen next and then I was never next. They are not compassionate nor honest about wait times. At the front it says 5-10 minute wait and I waited 2.5 hours before getting up and leaving because I was in so much pain. I went to Froedtert Hospital in Pewaukee where I was seen immediately, the dr. And nurses were extremely kind and compassionate and I was in and out as quickly as labs and tests came back. I will Never ever go to Ascension again. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.they do not care about their patients"

"Took a friend there after not so great bedside manner or education at Waukesha memorial three times in a row. Staff were compassionate, polite and knowledgeable. Really listened then explained the issue well as well as follow up treatment. Wait time was less than expected and the fastest I've ever been out of an ER feeling well versed in aftercare. Great place to go!!!"

"The nurses and staff were outstanding! Jackie and Alison really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Alison even brushed my hair. They really are the best ❤️ I didn't feel judged I felt like they treated me like I was someone they knew for a long time. I felt like I could be myself and it means a lot to me. The effort to take care of me and to go above and beyond wasn't unnoticed thank you so much to all the staff that took care of me from"

"I was transported by EMS to this facility in severe distress. While in the ER and later as an admitted patient, the care and treatment were both exceptional. Nursing care was outstanding. If ever needed, I would highly recommend go there for your treatment."
