"Really like that this place is so convenient to. We got there in enough time that we were ahead of the line that was out the door when we left. I had a few boxes but needed one box for all three boxes. The lady told me I was going to be charged a flat rate for them to box everything up. It was my first time returning items from this place. Shruti was kind, friendly and adjusted my charge. This place is so close to home. I’ll be using this location often and it’s nice knowing I’m walking into a friendly, reasonable business."

"This store packed and shipped a heavy antique item for me in its original box (and then in another, exterior box). I asked twice for the item to be padded inside the original box, so as not to damage the original box. They did not do this. As a result, the original box was damaged, exactly as I feared it might be. They were very nice and assured me they would take care of it as requested, but they did not."

A special shout-out to Shruti who really went above and beyond to help me with my passport photos - despite some technical difficulties at first, Shruti was so generous with her time to make sure that I was able to walk out with the photos on the same day. I had been turned back in other stores, so really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend this location :-)"
