"Update: I talked with joe who was very friendly and professional. The form portion was a miscommunication error but he will provide me with that form. He did address my other concerns. He listened to my complaints and he apologized and asked how they can improve their service. Very happy with his call. I gave it a 4 due to the 3% up charge to use card. But everything else was addressed."
"Really rude lady's, they have their fees for renewals. Which I understand, its their business but they charge a 3% fee to pay with card. They charge the 3%fee on top of their fees. First and last time It's not so much about what I paid ,but their nasty attitude and not providing with receipts"
