"Update, after getting worried that my child wasnt in my insurance correctly, as the pharmacy told me they couldn't find her, turns out they are liars or careless. I spend 2 hours on the phone with my insurance (they also are slow) and worked with them to assure that they saw my daughter on file. THEN they found out the pharmacy did find my daughter but lied to us and said they couldn't find her and billed us as cash instead with a coupon. Pharmacy has issues, they refuse to acknowledge standard health insurance and refused to bill to process through insurance. We are max out of pocket and they would not let us leave without paying them. So now I have to deal with reimbursement. Be careful trusting what they tell you here."

"Went in for a flu shot. They couldn’t figure out insurance. Told me to shop and come back. After that they said they needed to check more. Pharmacist seemed new. Received a voicemail that everything was ready and that I could return for the flu shot. When I returned a different pharmacist asked if I had an appointment and if not I had to go online. Customer service and attitude way below par for what has been a generally positive shopping experience."

"Why bother scheduling an appointment online for a flu shot if when you show up and your told, "Our staff doesn't come in for another 10 minutes"? There were appointments scheduled before mine. What were they told? What a waste of a drive and time across town. This type of incident is consistent with Kroeger. Really. WHY ALLOW APPOINTMENT TIMES TO BE SCHEDULED IF YOU CANT TAKE THEM?"
