"I went to make a single color copy at this location in Mill Valley and it turned out to be a whole ordeal. It seems the owner of the store does not want people to use the self serve machines with a USB thumb drive because they then will charge you a minimum of $3+ even if you just need one copy. The manager who was there when I went to get my color copy was not very nice about the fact that the other obviously younger and newer employee just let me use the self serve machine anyways. The poor young man got yelled at by the manager and insisted that people get charged the $3+ computer use rate in addition to the color copies "no matter what". I won't be going back there again and hope they will find a way to be more customer service friendly."

"I am not one to do reviews, but I was treated with so much disrespect at this shop it was very upsetting. I asked for help printing some urgent docs for a distressing personal situation, and the young guy at the counter had awful attitude. Told me he could not help--i could do it myself on the computer. Two other customers offered to help me instead! He acted as if there was no need to help or offer kindness or respect to a woman or a human in need of help. Basic polite courtesy and a "how can i help you" would have been nice. I am not sure who the manager is but i hope management will speak with staff about how to treat paying clients"

"I had a ton to do and David and Matt were both awesome. I had to print things, make scans, copies, notarizations, mails things internationally. They were more helpful than any UPS store I’ve ever been to. Really good customer service. I even gave a tip because they saved me so much time :)"

"I sent tax documents that had to arrive in 2 business days. The ups employee was very friendly and guaranteed me that it would be sent with priority mail, I paid $20 and was given a tracking number. The next day I go in and this time the owner was there and needed to send more documents, the owner does it in a different way and I ask why yesterday was different. Turns out that the employee from the day before had done it completely wrong and sent it as standard shipping with an incorrect tracking number. The employee from the day before was new (which I can understand and empathize with however they shouldn’t be in charge of sending important documents) and didn’t really know what they were doing, the owner told me he would look up the day befores shipment and then call me that day! Never got a phone call… I had to then follow up and I spoke to another employee who told me that yes it was sent incorrectly, I proceeded to tell him that now I may get fined by the IRS because of their mistake. He told me he would write a letter that explained the situation and they would take full responsibility, he told me to pick it up the letter on Monday. I then come in on Monday and the owner of the store is there again and of course no Letter has been written and the owner tells me he can write an email but they won’t take responsibility. So much miscommunication between staff. The owner did not apologize or seem genuinely sorry for the situation simply excuses explaining that the other employee was new and didn’t know what they were doing. The energy was uninviting to be honest and out of all the staff I found the owner the least friendly. If he had been genuinely sorry about the situation or showed some emotion I definitely wouldn’t be as upset. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m currently pregnant/emotional and the situation was really disappointing especially because I love Tam valley and there’s always good vibes here. I’ll wait to see if I get the email from them…"

"There is an employee that was so rude, disrespectful and yelled at me yesterday for not wearing a mask. I have a medical Exemption and it is not illegal to NOT wear a mask. This employee went ballistic in front of all the patrons. She has short darkish hair and is quite masculine. I will not go back into that location again. She needs to learn customer service etiquette. The manager better take another look at her behavior. Shame on them !!!"
