"An individual who was not fluent in English required transportation to the airport. The taxi company provided excellent service, being courteous, punctual, and even displaying a sense of humor. The driver went above and beyond by calling to confirm that the passenger had safely reached the airport, expressing gratitude for the assistance provided to the non-English speaker and for choosing their taxi service."

"The worst. I requested a cab, said 9min to arrival but the driver decided to go do other stuff first. 9 min turned to 45 min and when I saw him parked on the side of the road 5 miles away I cancelled the trip."

"I recently had the misfortune of using the services of unit 1202 and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only did he try to scam me by overcharging me, he was also incredibly insulting and a dangerous driver. He was speeding, tailgating, and weaving in traffic, putting our lives at risk. His vehicle was also dirty and poorly maintained, further worsening the experience. He tried to take advantage of the fact that I was new to the city and charged me 3x the fair rate and turned off his meter, then used his personal GPS. Throughout the ride, he insulted me and kept asking for my personal information. If all their driver's are like this, this company will be out of business soon. It pains me to give this driver even one star."
