ACE Cash Express

"I have been using Ace since it opened at this location months ago, and I want to mention that writing business reviews is something I rarely feel compelled to do (a business or a person at said business has to do something extremely exceptional for me to do so—or they would have to do something even more-so abhorrent and horrible for me to write a negative review, which is something I detest doing. Luckily, this review is entirely positive and complementary. First, I want to single out the cashier who I interact with the most, Bianca. She is usually there in the morning when I come the most often and am usually stressed and in a hurry. She is sharp, exceptionally efficient, always super quick in a location where I have yet to encounter anyone who has done a slow job as a cashier—so, that says a lot, she leads a group of women who are pretty fast and know what they are doing. She also has a great memory—not only does she remember my face, name, and other details she can recall and enter from memory. I have seen her do this with several customers, and also recall important milestones, like birthdays and important occasions, which makes people feel scene/heard/recognized. That is a great customer service trait, and just a great trait for a fellow human to have. I also want to say that, though this review was primarily about Bianca, because I have seen her time and time again handle multiple tasks in seconds, not minutes, but I do also want to recognize the other cashiers—as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and do a good job as well. I believe the only problem I have had with Ace was not really their fault, but the Western Union system for money orders. It impacted me while I was at Ace, however, it was not their fault. Also, often on particularly busy days especially I have seen one disgruntled person want to yell at the cashiers or fight another customer or I have seen a person claim their money amount was off and argue with a calm cashier for twenty minutes then drop a bill in the pile and accuse the cashier of doing it. It was impressive how calm and collected the three women working at the time stayed. As I said, I rarely write reviews but I thought that there was a lot worth commending here."
