When I first started calling around, looking for someone who could notarize and then get my documents apostilled, he was able to answer all of my questions and give me advice on how I should go about the process. Because he was so helpful, I chose to use him to do what I needed for my documents. He was able to get all of my documents, taken care of, and mailed to me all the way to Korea with great customer service. Once it was mailed off, he still would track the package which a lot of people don’t do that for you. My package didn’t arrive as expected (at no fault of his), and the timeframe was shortening for me to get them approved for my immigration appointment, I called him up and told him the situation. He was able to meet with my sister the next day to get everything done again. Luckily, my original package finally arrived right before he was going to get my documents apostilled so he sent the notarized documents elsewhere for safekeeping.
