"Exceptional customer service. Charlie went above and beyond and had numerous policy options from different insurers, saving us thousands of dollars over an initial offer. When we put our boat in the yard, we got a rider from our insurer and Ericka of Novamar was outstanding. She called the underwriter and got our policy addendum to ensure we were protected during a haul out and bottom painting. Will ONLY use Novamar Newport Beach for our boat insurance.
