"Worst roadside assistance! I could not even believe it ! Especially for a really expensive insurance, i got a flat tire and the first time I called they seriously hung up on me, the process to get someone on the phone took 30 mins and the just hung up. I went through the 30 min process to speak to someone again and they said they will send someone. Waited 40 mins and called again to check what was taking so long and they said they hadn’t sent anyone out yet, they were still calling a towing company to come to me. and im still waiting. seriously unexpected experience from such an expensive insurance company."
