"1st class lounge is simple but nicer than sitting at the gate. Everyone inside was amazing and helpful with a smile. If you have the option, it’s the way to go. Food is on the simplest side but good. Bar is simple drinks. They do have hamburgers, pizza, nuggets for extra and looked decent but we opted out."
"The lounge self is located in the sixth terminal. It’s clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. The lounge itself is open to anyone who wants to pay the $60 per person drop in fee no matter what airline you’re flying with. The food was cheap and basic. They also have complementary drinks included with the price. If you are drinking, have a long wait in between flights or if they had better quality food then it would absolutely be worth it."
"Lower end of the lounge scale as far as seating, comfort and size is concerned. Food was very limited - soup, salad and pancakes. Fruit, muffins and cookies. Only thing changed was the soup, which was delicious. Although the gin and tonics were great, it was either very cheap gin or zero alcohol, which was disappointing, as I'm a nervous flyer. However, it might explain why the regular visitors to the lounge were all drinking wine! I should've switched to the sparkling rosé, which seemed very popular! All the lounge associates we encountered were very friendly."
"Had a lovely meal at the Alaska Airlines Lounge prior to my flight. I love how ALL of the beers (as well as select wines) are complimentary. The Hazy IPA was my weapon of choice and I truly enjoyed it! The salad area had plenty of fresh options, as well as cheese cubes and fruit. I enjoyed the kale salad and chickpeas, which complimented my chicken tortilla soup. The lounge was very clean and service was attentive, from being sweet at the bar all the way to cleaning up dishes / tidying up the dining area. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to be back!"
"Standard airport lounge // spacious, enclosed booths, tables, bar, high top tables. Decent food - eggs, sausages, coffee yogurt, fruit & porridge for breakfast. Lunch included 3 diff salads and 2 diff wraps. Access into the lounge seems a little sketch - you walk past the AC maple leaf lounge and go down the hallway to an emergency looking door that has a bell…. You almost have to second guess if you’re ringing the right place… once inside it’s fine though. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decent complimentary alcohol and spirits selection from bar. Washrooms are clean but no shower area. Day access pass is $60 USD."
