"Property manager collaborated with the Red Cross to resolve a concern I had and my blood donation went smoothly. Thank you to both parties. Everyone who helped me were so amazing and kind. Apologies for my previous review where I misunderstood the situation, that was my own fault for jumping the gun. Faciities are very clean, just please do be aware if you're here for a blood drive the entrance is in the parking lot, not by the fountains. Thank you to management and to the Red Cross for all their help today."

"Horrible experience from the start. manager bob was very hostile and rude to my family. he threatened my sister and my father. i had my quince here and hemade my special day end off terribly. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!! bob became very rude to my sister from the start. threatening to cancel the party days before and causing many problems days before my quince."

"I made a contract with the previous manager for a Quinceañera and after reading these last bad reviews I was terrified that my event would be cancelled because I am hispanic and it was a quinceañera. DO NOT! Let the bad reviews scare you from renting out this venue. New manager Martha and her husband are the nicest, sweetest and most helpful people ever. Martha was there help me set up the night before and was there the next day to do the same. Always on time. They made the whole night run smoothly. Anything I needed they were there in a heartbeat. They were both beyond helpful the entire day. Not to mention they make amazing mixed drinks :) would recommend this venue 100%"

"People of color and/or LGBTQ, be aware. Very horrible experience from the beginning. Everything was going very well with a different manager until Bob came along. He came at us very strong at the beginning being very rude. He kept threatening to cancel the event every time he was upset with no valid reason. This was for a quince , we are already stressed making sure everything would be perfect for the birthday girl. Unless you want to be more stressed on top of the stress of the party then this place would be great. Because of Bob, Cops went and he ruined a very nice party for the birthday girl making her cry with all HIS drama. We made Ron (the owner) know but all he said was we (hispanics) are the problem and he has nothing but problems with us (hispanics). so he will not be continuing to do quinces here. Very disappointed at this entire experience save your money and time not worth the Bob experience."

"Horrible experience with the new management BOB. If you are planning an event here with him and are Hispanic or LGBTQ be careful he will make your stay a living hell. Had no customer service whatsoever, said his been doing his job for 15 years, I don’t know how he is still with a job. Uses profanity when speaking with his customers, will get in your face, is not accommodating, very rude to his own staff, all staff members would say he is the worst of the worst. Complaints have been made to upper management (RON) about him but looks like they enjoy keeping him. We have done multiple events at this location never had an issue, the moment we had BOB assigned to help us he was rude from the start. RON made it clear we are a problem (Hispanics) and will no longer be hosting Quinceañeras at this location when his staff member was the one being hostile and rude. We have videos and texts to show proof. So please be careful when planning an event here."
