"This review is for the After school program run at this Tulip location (Finch Ave) where Ms.Sneha was in charge and the incident happened a while ago. While playing on the play structure, my daughter was running and fell down and hurt her chin. We realized the bleeding wouldn't stop once we came home and my daughter needed stitches at the hospital. I understand kids fall and accidents happen - but the reason I'm writing this review now is because they didn't follow injury protocol for face / head injuries and I wanted to alert other parents about this. Ms.Sneha put cold compress on my daughter's chin however, she DIDN'T CALL US AT ALL (which she absolutely should have) as my daughter's chin was bleeding even with the ice / compress, and my daughter was crying and also told them repeatedly to call us! Instead, she waited for me to arrive at normal pickup time! I'm not even sure of the time of the incident - could have been a few minutes upto an hour before I arrived. Secondly, I didn't receive any injury report - which, I recently found out, is a State licensing violation! I wish I had complained to the State Licensing office back then itself but at least want other parents to be aware of such an incident!"

"Very warm, friendly and nurturing environment for the kids! The director Nikki is very involved and answers everything immediately. She is loved by kids in the classrooms a lot too. The teachers in my son’s PreK class are so loving and kind. We moved to the area recently and they 100% made the transition super easy for him. Highly recommend the center and the teachers."
