"Pumps don’t work. Same with the one across the street. Every quik trip I’ve been to has had one absolutely bogus machine with no buttons that doesn’t seem to work. I thought I was going to pull part of my car out trying to remove the fuel dispenser."

"Last week sometime my partner lost her phone. We went into kwik trip then went on the side of building. After about ten mins we left and almost made it home, when my partner realized she didn't have her phone. I called kwik trip and asked the lady ( Leigh) if she could go outside to look for the phone, she was very sweet and understanding and looked.i would give her more stars if I could!!! ( we did find the phone! )"

"I go here right after they open at 5:00 am.. half asleep mostly! Their donuts are freshly stocked. No one has taken any out of the case yet when I arrive which makes my day! In addition to donuts in the case, there are boxes and boxes of fresh donuts and a variety of other snacks right before you checkout, in the back by the drink coolers, pretty much everywhere! So I don’t know what time the guy who said “there’s no donuts” gets there-he on must go right before they close for the night? I always get my fresh ones first thing in the morning and they replenish what they can freshly made throughout the day! I never had an issue. I won’t go to any other place for my Red Bulls & donuts! They even put a 12er of diet Dr Pepper in the cooler I believe just for me, instead of bringing home a warm one. Love y’all! A happy customer time & time again!"

"As a new resident to Madison, I have been looking for my new favorite Kwik Trip and found this location closest to my home. Having positive experiences at Kwik Trips in the past, I had high expectations for this one. I went in yesterday at 10:15 am to purchase a coffee refill. Before I got to the counter, my cashier, an older lady with glasses, looked at me twice while leaning on the counter before telling me that she could help me. When she saw my $20 bill, she let out an awful sigh, tilted her head, and rolled her eyes. She grunted while aggressively counting my change and telling the cashier next to her that "people need to leave more in the drawers if they want me to give change." I apologized because I needed to break a $20 bill for something else. She said it wasn't my fault and continued to talk poorly with the other cashier about people using a $100 bill for a $1 purchase at 6 am. I felt it was unprofessional to sigh/roll her eyes, try to play it off like my payment wasn't what tipped her off, and to talk poorly about other customers. I didn't even get a "See you next time." I was a little upset with this interaction and don't know if I will return to #531. I may just try the one across the street."
