"First review I’ve ever written. If I could give zero stars, I would. Incredible rip off, they price gouge cause theyre the only option early morning, rude, and they were LATE. Only thing that matters when going to the airport early am, and they blew it. Avoid at all costs"

"RIPOFF!!! $15 for a short ride. Monopoly in Goleta. Rude. Dispatch was told it was a short ride but I was told in the taxi about the outrageous cost so I got out quick."

"This was one of the most negative and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called simply just to find out if they had a car big enough for my group and the dispatcher started getting very hostile and yelling at me about only using them if my Uber fell through. I had no intention of calling an Uber. Then he hung up on me."

"The Owner of this company and Gerjeet, provided good service to us while in Santa Barbara. We had a 4.5 hour flight delay, car rental closed, so we made a reservation for a taxi. Keep in mind taxi drivers will chose a much longer drive versus a shorter drive to earn more money. Thus, we were passed up when our reservation arrived and left stranded at the airport. This was at 9:30pm on a Saturday evening. We called back and the owner actually came to pick us up and take us to our hotel for one night. In the meantime, my phone slipped out of my pocket and onto the back seat and I left without it. It’s a long story but with my iPad app we were able to locate the address of where my phone was at which was the owners house. Our hotel front desk team called him and he said he would bring it back to me when they picked us up in the morning. That is exactly what they (Gerjeet) did and I so appreciate that. I would recommend Green Taxi to all as I believe the owner will try his best to make things right for his customers. Thank you!"

"I had the following experience below, which turned out to be a misunderstanding between me and the driver. Green taxi contacted me and made things right. I appreciate that a lot. I realized I didn't have cash after I got in the taxi. I told the driver that was the case before we left the airport but while moving. He insisted that he didn't take credit cards, and made me use a ATM to get cash. But when the ATM didn't take my card, he took out a credit card reader and charged me $40 before we completed the ride. It seemed like he reset the meter multiple times while driving. At the end of the ride he left with the $40 still charged on my credit card. Thus he ended up charging me $40 for a 2 mile ride. In the end I was refunded the $40, which I appreciate a lot."
