"I'm lifetime platinum elite and tried to rent a room as we traveled fron O'Hara to Greenbay at 1 AM. Online and on the App, it was too late to book. After waiting for 10 minutes at the door, we were told there weren't any rooms available, then after pointing out the the parking lost was almost empty and the app showed rooms an hour ago, the attendant backtracked and quoted us a room that was much more expensive than was quoted on the App. We left and went to the Residence Inn in Green Bay for the night. Weary travelers, stay at O'Hare or continue to Green Bay. Don't waste your time."

"I had a great experience at this location (Grafton) until the morning of the day I was supposed to check out. I dealt with a lady who had said she canceled my friends and I reservation (it was 4 AM and checkout wasn’t until 11 AM). She was very rude, and wouldn’t even let me into the room to get my stuff. When my friend had went up to talk to her she reeked of alcohol. Again, I loved the room, all the people I interacted with were super sweet except this one lady."

"They responded to my review, so I'm motivated to leave more detail. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Which is fine traveling alone, but when my family is with me, I prefer a closed door... flooring is in way preventing door from closing normally. Questionable build quality when door frames aren't built to accommodate the closing of a door. The metal covering the drain in the shower has a cheap tin sound when water hits it, which is the opposite of relaxing. The tensioner on main door from hallway had a "turn back" level of resistance - I'm 200lbs, not a weight lifter. There was a bug in room 407, not a bed bug, but I came directly from the office to sleep, and it was there when I checked out - by the window, top of the air conditioner. About the size of a lightning bug, harmless. But a big indoors in the morning was unexpected. Altogether, the sound of tin as I showered, the door to the bathroom I had to shoulder close to sleep because the exhaust fan doesn't turn off and is loud, the tensioner making it hard to enter the room... it felt cheap, but for full price. Other than the issues noted, the place was clean and I slept well. The lady working nights was very kind, she was the only staff I had to interact with."
