"Hotel was nice only complaint I have is the toilet in the washroom was very low to the ground it didn't make any sense why it was so low but other than that the service was good the rooms was clean the breakfast was good I enjoyed my stay but the washroom issue was the only problem."
"Great Hampton Inn. Rooms are spacious, clean and updated. All of the hotel is well maintained and taken care of. Gym is basic but machines and dumbbells are new and up to date. Staff very friendly. Will stay here again!"
"Room was disappointing considering the price. Toilet was not clean as well as other details of our king suite. Also, water did not get very hot fir showers. Hot tub was hot with good jets! Pool was nice as well. Breakfast was not very good either. Out of most everything and what was there, was fair at best. Bright side - nice Halloween decorations."
"Poor customer service and no courtesy Amanda - Thanks for your response. I was ready to leave in the noon. It wasn’t until 3:00 PM. Your associate didn’t even give me time for 15 to 20 minutes to vacate. So, there’s no way you’d miss a guest check-in. Please note, I however paid for the entire day and vacated to make up for you. What’s not courteous is not even giving an existing guest some buffer time to vacate. It is a common hospitality for guests to be informed about their check-in and check-out times and I don’t think the hotel did it well in advance."
"Very impressed! Very friendly staff to help with check in. Service with a smile actually. Room was very clean, super roomy, and quite comfy. Only one night so didn't have time to use any amenities but we will return for future stays!"
