"These guys are the BEST! Every staff member is so friendly and nice. They are very accurate with my prescriptions as well. I have used Walmart Pharmacy for about 10 years now and have never had a single issue. Thanks to the entire staff. Keep up the great service!"
"My wife and I are usually happy with the staff and service at this pharmacy. However, when we came in at 2:15pm to get our flu shots and had our paperwork filled at already we thought it wouldn't take long. It was fairly busy with more people standing than able to sit but we stood and waited our turn. We waited and waited and when I noticed that couples who filled out their paperwork in the store and got their shots before us, I started to wonder why. It was at that time that an associate came by and asked if I was Charles, I said yes, I was. Then she told me my paperwork got stuck underneath my wife's and she was making sure I was still there to start putting me into her computer for the shot. After another 10 minutes and several other late comers got their names called, I was fed up and we had to leave at 3:20pm for an appointment. I won't go back again for any vaccines at that location, although I found out when I got home that I could have made an online reservation. I still don't understand how they had my wife's paperwork and still didn't get her called in the right order of showing up."
"Brittany and the pharmacist on duty tonight (I forgot to catch his name!) Were unbelievably helpful, kind, and patient when dealing with a prescription error (doctor's issue). They went above and beyond to make sure we got ahold of the people we needed to and even offered alternative solutions if we needed to pursue those. They were also sooooo patient with my crazy kids I had to tote along. AND Brittany found me when she noticed my little guy had dropped his sunglasses. These people are amazing humans!"
"My husband, a type 1 diabetic, proactively placed a refill request 1 week ago for his insulin and never heard back from Walmart but was unconcerned as he had enough to get him through the next week. He reached out to them today over the phone when he had not heard anything back after a week and he was informed that his employer had forced all staff members to switch to a different mail order pharmacy. He had never received notice of this change. He asked for Walmart to fill it this one time and even though the pharmacist/pharmacy tech Brittany had the ability, she instead decided to lecture him about how much insulin he had used 1 month ago. My husband is a human being with a chronic disease and some months he uses more insulin than others. My husband was forced to switch to a different pharmacy and will spend the night without any insulin because of this pharmacy’s incompetence and horrible patient care. As a registered nurse I’m appalled at the lack of empathy. I would never treat a patient with such disregard. Walmart should be ashamed by this situation. I hope this review reaches management so that this does not happen to any other patients future."
"On several occasions I have called the day before and was told they have my prescription and will fill it first thing the next day. I come in to pick up my prescription only to be told "I don't know who you talked to but we can't fill it until such and such date". Had the person who assured me the day before alerted me to a problem I could have called the doctor or did whatever to fix any refill issues but because I was assured the prior day by the staff everything was OK I ended up having to go without medication. This has happened more then once. It is very concerning to get a answer one day, only to be told the next day "I don't know who you talked to" but this is how things are. This is a pharmacy and they need to get it together so patients are given the same information from whoever they talk to at this pharmacy. Staff shrugging their shoulders saying I do not know who you talked to is not very confidence inspiring. This show of complete incompetence is distressing."
