"We were initially directed to Sherrill w/Integrity Care Managing solutions (via a hospital social worker), after being pressured to release our Father from a hospital stay to a 'skilled nursing facility' that was less than acceptable. Truly, feeling like we were stuck between a rock and a hard place w/nowhere to turn. Sherrill returned my call immediately. We had a lengthy conversation on our family situational crisis. She was able to put forth other possible options that were not previously offered as viable choices for us. I was immediately impressed w/her caring nature and the fact that she did not rush us into any type of decision. Board and Care facility visits were set up over a couple of days, and we were able to make an informed decision on the best fit for Dad and our family. "I love ratings, I rely on them. So, I definitely wanted to write a review to let anyone we can help know about our experience with Sherrill. We had an urgent situation where we had to find my dad a location for hospice care. Having no ideas where to start, we received an angel of a call from Sherrill. Sherrill seemed to know exactly what we needed and exactly how fast we had find a place. Everything she said and explained to us was bricks off our shoulders. She had all the answers to our questions and was a guide for us into a new difficult experience. Sherrill helped start our process, asked us questions and listened to what we hoped for our dad. Understanding what we were looking for Sherrill set up perfect, flowing appointment times with four assisted living homes for us to visit. We were so thankful to have a variety of locations to visit and consider but once we walked into the very first location, we knew it was going to be the perfect place for dad and our family. Sherrill brought us to Brookhaven Assisted Living and Gigi who was warm, experienced and kind! It was a perfect match and gave us such peacefulness! Sherrill continued to provide us with support, kind words, explaining processes and who handles what during what ended up to be a very short and difficult two weeks.
